On the morning of July 17, 2022, David Lamar Youngblood age 40 a lifelong resident of Eatonton passed away unexpectedly. David was born to Janet Youngblood, (Griswell) and Wesley Youngblood.
David took pride in his ability to repair mechanical issues. He was local and long-haul truck driver. He delighted in helping others.
He is survived by his sons, West Lee Youngblood and Wyatt Levi Youngblood-Archer, Mother, Janet Griswell (Dennis), brother Chris (Lynn), Aunts: Dori Frasure, Zyra Youngblood, and Carol Davis, Uncle: Charles Youngblood, step-sister: Susie Toskes also many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He leaves behind his loving fiancée, Elisha Melton. He’s preceded in death by his Father: Wesley Youngblood, Paternal Grandparents: Elvie and Clarence Youngblood, maternal grandparents, Mamie Lou and George Mathis. David will be missed by many family members and friends. A Memorial service was held on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at the Central United Methodist Church. Vining Ivy Hill Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
